THE FIRST STEP
IN MURRAY/CALLOWAY COUNTY
We are excited to welcome you to Opportunity House, our first step toward helping the homeless in Murray/Calloway County!
Located at 408 S. 6th Street, OpportUNITY House is an old house that, over the years, has been converted into 5 apartments. While establishing a transitional-housing commUNITY remains the goal of the coalition, the Board of Directors realized that a short-term solution was needed while the details of establishing that commUNITYare being ironed out. OpportUNITY House is located just blocks from the local soup kitchens, the hospital, doctors' offices, the public library, churches, schools, transit stops and more.
